PUT  FUN IN YOUR SCHEDULE

Before you end your day, make a fun date with yourself. Whether its a mani-pedi, drinks with friends, trying out new food with friends or alone, or gaming on your playstaion, just make time to have fun!.






Forget about your responsibilities or who you are as a teenager for a while and have fun. Having fun is extremely valuable for our mental and physical health. It reduces stress from the lots stress from both home and school.


Having fun makes you feel happier, laugh and stay well, says Michelle Gannon, Ph.D, a psychologist based in San Francisco.
